My Journey: Beads, Nature & Therapy

I’ve been beading for over 13 years—long before it was trendy and way before I had a business. For me, creating is more than a hobby—it’s therapy, it’s art, and it’s the best kind of chaos. I’ve always been drawn to textures, colors, and stories—and over time, that curiosity turned into craft.

Nature is my biggest inspiration. Living in Florida, I’m constantly surrounded by wild beauty—coastlines, tangled greens, sunlit blues, shells, stones, and driftwood. Everything I make is touched by these rhythms. When I create, it’s with the intention to capture something real, something grounded—like the feeling of waves hitting your ankles or sun filtering through the trees.

My materials are carefully sourced. You’ll find me working with gemstones, Czech glass and specialty beads from the Tucson Gem Show, Indian gemstone suppliers, Fire Mountain Beads, and other curated collections. Every component is chosen with purpose and a touch of obsession.

This shop runs on a slow fashion mindset. That means everything you see is handmade—no mass production, no shortcuts, no factory fluff. I make things slowly and intentionally, with quality that you can feel and values that don’t change with trends.

I believe in sustainability, transparency, and integrity in all that I do—from sourcing my materials to how I treat my customers. This isn’t just about selling pretty things. It’s about honoring the process, the people behind the materials, and the community that supports the work.

Right now, I’m focused on handcrafted purse straps, leather charms, and jewelry that’s full of soul. The straps? I make each one myself, using artisan-embroidered ribbons sourced from global craftspeople. These laces carry centuries of tradition. I pair them with premium cotton webbing, high-quality hardware, and sew them—on my Juki TL2010Q—with meticulous attention to detail. Every stitch matters.

The jewelry and charms? Expect texture, movement, and a whole lot of personality. These pieces are meant to be worn, loved, and lived in.
