• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges

• If your charm arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and original packaging.
• We’ll work with you to resolve the issue with care and fairness

• Handle with care: Though thoughtfully constructed, gemstones and glass beads can be delicate. Avoid dropping or tugging, especially when attached to bags or zippers.
• Clean gently: If needed, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
