What hardware is used on the charms?
Antique-finished brass lobster clasps and jump rings. No cheap zinc alloy — hardware is chosen for both appearance and long-term reliability.

How do I attach the charm to my bag?
Each charm comes with a lobster clasp that clips directly onto a bag's D-ring, zipper pull, or handle. It takes seconds and requires no tools.

Are the charms one-of-a-kind?
Many designs are made in very small batches — some combinations of leather and beadwork are unique or near-unique. Once a run sells out, it may not be repeated in the exact same form.

Will the leather scratch or mark easily?

Are Czech glass beads used?
Yes. Where beadwork is incorporated, we use hand-strung Czech glass beads — chosen for optical clarity, consistent shape, and durability over cheaper alternatives.

Some shapes and styles exist in the world as shared inspirations—open to all, owned by no one. We honor that creative commons by making each piece our own: reimagined through our hands, materials, and sense of detail. • We craft each piece by hand in Florida, using heirloom techniques: hand-strung Czech beads, carefully coiled fastenings, and layered leather sealed clean with glue—no exposed backs, no rough edges.
• Our charms are finished with either solid brass or brass-colored high-quality hardware. We choose components that look beautiful and perform reliably—because both matter.
• We work in small batches to give each charm the time and attention it deserves. Nothing rushed. Nothing mass-produced.

• If your charm arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and original packaging.
• We’ll work with you to resolve the issue with care and fairness
