We believe in honest pricing and thoughtful service. That’s why we don’t offer “free shipping”—because it’s never truly free. Instead of padding our product prices to cover shipping, we keep pricing transparent and fair.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the total weight of your order. This ensures that you’re not overpaying—especially when purchasing multiple items.

We currently ship exclusively through USPS. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Every piece is handmade in our Florida studio using high-quality materials and careful craftsmanship. We create in small batches based on what’s available in our studio at any given time.

Inventory shown reflects exactly what we’re capable of making with the materials on hand—no fake countdowns, no artificial scarcity. We don’t believe in pressure tactics or creating fear of missing out. Our goal is to offer a relaxed, honest shopping experience where you can choose at your own pace.

All packages are shipped with insurance at no extra cost to you. We cover this ourselves to ensure you’re protected without having to pay extra for add-ons at checkout. Your peace of mind matters to us.

If your package is damaged in transit or there’s an issue with delivery, please contact us at orders@rheaartistrystudio.com with photos of the damage. We'll handle the claim process with USPS so you don’t have to.

We put great care into creating each pair of earrings by hand. Because of the personal nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on earrings.

Each piece is made thoughtfully and thoroughly inspected before shipping. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and appreciate your understanding as a supporter of small-batch, handmade goods.

If your earrings arrive damaged in transit, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the damage and packaging

Wipe your bracelet with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth after each wear. Avoid polishing compounds — allow the brass to develop its natural, warm glow over time.
