If your package is damaged in transit or there’s an issue with delivery, please contact us at orders@rheaartistrystudio.com with photos of the damage. We'll handle the claim process with USPS so you don’t have to.

• We are a small business focused on sustainability and transparency
• If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email us within 3 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging
